- The whole plug-in at 48 kHz, stereo, 512-sample blocks, in percent of one core (thread CPU time, the least of several runs, Intel Core i9, a shared machine, at a quiet moment with the load at 3.4 to 4.2): with 0, 1, 4, 8 and 24 SPECTRAL bands, 0.15, 0.59, 1.07, 1.30 and 2.35 in MINIMUM and 0.38, 0.82, 1.23, 1.46 and 2.51 in LINEAR. Four SPECTRAL bands at 96 kHz cost 2.10 in MINIMUM and 2.58 in LINEAR, over the 2 percent the lower rates stay under. Without SPECTRAL, 24 bells and shelves cost 1.34 percent and 2.4 with four of them dynamic, and the worst case, all 24 dynamic, about 8 (a run on a busy machine). Every figure read 1.2 to 1.7 times higher when the machine was busy
