A familiar point of contact for your website
You can talk to Nova much as you would a member of the Paragon team. Ask how something works, describe a problem or explain an update you have in mind. You do not need to turn it into a technical brief first.
Nova provides AI help with day-to-day questions and troubleshooting, and gives you somewhere to raise change requests at any hour. I remain your human point of contact and oversee work that needs my judgement.

What happens after you ask?
A request might be a content update, a question about a feature or an issue that needs investigating. If it needs human attention, it comes back to me for review and follow-up under our agreed support arrangements.
24/7 means you can access AI help and raise requests at any time. It does not mean every change is instant or unlimited, or that human support is available around the clock. Implementation and response times depend on what we have agreed.
Nova is optional. Before you choose ongoing service, I will confirm what it covers, the commercial terms and how human support works. New features or work outside that scope are discussed and agreed separately.
