Google Review Engine · Hibiscus Coast
More five-star reviews, without the awkward ask.
Your best customers would happily leave a review. They just forget, and you feel odd asking. So it doesn't happen. This quietly fixes that: every customer gets a friendly nudge to your Google page, automatically, for $99 a month. No lock-in.
Reviews are the first thing a local checks before they ring you.
Not your website, not your ad. Your star rating and how many reviews sit behind it. The trouble is that happy customers almost never think to leave one, while the rare unhappy one is straight onto their phone. Left alone, your rating drifts toward the loudest voices instead of the truest ones. Asking everyone, every time, is the fix, and it's the part nobody remembers to do.
Three steps, then it runs itself.
You finish a job
Once the work's done, you add the customer (a name and a mobile or email) — or I connect it to the system you already use, so it happens on its own.
They get a friendly ask
Your customer gets a short, warm message in your name with a one-tap link straight to your Google review page. Timed for just after the job, when they're happiest.
A gentle nudge if needed
Life gets busy and people forget. One polite reminder a few days later catches most of the ones who meant to and didn't. Then it stops — no pestering.
What you get for $99 a month.
- Review requests by text or email, in your name
- One-tap link straight to your Google page
- A single, polite reminder — never nagging
- Works with your existing Google profile
- A simple monthly report: asked, and earned
- Set up and managed by me, personally
$99/month plus GST. Month-to-month, no lock-in, cancel any time. Prices exclude GST.
Honest reviews only
Some review tools quietly screen your customers first, sending the happy ones to Google and diverting the unhappy ones to a private form. That's against Google's policy and it can get your listing penalised. I don't touch it.
Everyone gets the same honest ask. If a review stings, the answer is to reply to it well and fix what went wrong, and I'll help you do that too. Real reviews are the only ones worth having.

You're dealing with me, a local, not a call centre.
I'm Mark Steven. I run Paragon Design from Whangaparāoa, and I've been building websites and Google presences for New Zealand businesses for 25 years. When you sign up, I set the whole thing up with you, and when you have a question you ring me, not a ticket queue in another timezone.
Reviews are usually where it starts.
Once the reviews are flowing, the same local hands can look after the rest: your Google listing from $149/month, a sharp Starter website from $1,995, or a care plan for the site you've already got from $89/month. Start with one thing, add more only when it's earning its keep.
Common questions
Yes. Asking every customer for an honest review is exactly what Google encourages. What's against the rules is filtering — only sending happy customers to Google and steering unhappy ones elsewhere. I don't do that, and I'd steer you away from anyone who offers to. This simply makes the honest ask easy and consistent.
Let's get your good work showing on Google.
The first chat is free and no-obligation. If the Review Engine isn't right for you, I'll say so. Either way you'll get straight answers from a local.
