Help, and how to reach us.
Write to the address below. A message that names the plug-in and its version, your macOS version, and your host and its version, and says what happened, is the easiest to answer.

The things people ask first.
The plug-in is not listed in Logic Pro
In Logic Pro, open the Plug-in Manager, check that the plug-in is active, and use Reset & Rescan Selection. Then open an Audio Effect slot and look under Audio Units. The installer puts the Audio Unit in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components and the VST3 in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3.
The trial is over and I have a licence file
In the plug-in, press LICENCE in the top bar and choose the file, or drop the file anywhere on the plug-in’s window. The plug-in works again at once. There is nothing to connect to and nothing to activate.
I have lost my installer or my licence file
If you bought a licence, the Recover your downloads page gets you the link to your downloads and licences again, using the address you ordered with.
My tracks are late, or a singer hears a delay
A plug-in reports its delay to the host. Each manual has a Latency section with the exact figures, and LATHE has a LIVE mode that reports no delay for tracking.
Where is the manual?
Every plug-in has an owner’s manual, online and as a PDF, linked from its page and listed under Manuals.
